The Pardonator?

The Governor of California may leave his mark yet. See story here or here . I had been waiting for the opportunity to use this Monopoly classic (below) as the ceremonial first graphic for this blog. On the other hand, I have always wondered about the expression "Get Out of Jail Free." I mean, if you are actually in jail, then chances are that you have already experienced some costs, right?
