Knew It All Along? Really?
In the December 1,
Globe and Mail (link
here) Roger Morris states:
There followed the ritual circus of a special prosecutor, no real reckoning for the smarmily complicit, the token conviction of vice-presidential chief of staff Lewis (Scooter) Libby on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice, and Bush's predictable commutation of Libby's 30-month sentence.
The search is on for anything that Morris wrote in advance of Libby's commutation that President Bush would act in the manner that he did. So far ... zip. Until then, Morris gets the Prognostication Poser of the Week Award.
