No Pardon for Dog the Bounty Hunter

It is reported here that Dog the Bounty Hunter has won his case against extradition. The article states:
After a series of protracted legal wranglings that escalated into a diplomatic row between the neighbouring countries, a judge in Mr Chapman’s home city of Honolulu in Hawaii dismissed the extradition proceedings yesterday, saying that the charges are now invalid since Mexican prosecutors took too long to bring them against the trio.
So, it looks like he is off the pardon watch list ... for now.
