Clinton's Era of Justice Not Quite Yet Over

Barak Obama has been crying for the end of the "era of Scooter Libby justice," but it appears the era has not yet had a chance to kick in. ABC News reports that several of Bill Clinton's last-minute pardon recipients are now contributors to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. Clinton's campaign manager has responded to the revelation with the kind of immeasurable remorse that one would expect from a guy deeply concerned about unethical conduct and the appearance of impropriety:
We have raised over $65 million from over 200,000 people. I appreciate your bringing the instance of this $5,300 and these three people to our attention.
Imagine the mindset of this knucklehead with access to all of the power and resources of the federal government! It reminds of one of Mark Twain's telling of the defense of the young lady who had a child out of wedlock, "It's only a little sin." Obama needs to promise to close the Marc Rich era of justice before he moves on to Scooter Libby!
