* Special for National Review Online

I am pleased to have appeared on National Review Online today. The article covers media speculation on the Libby "pardon," Bush's explanation for the commutation, accusations of inconsistency and hypocrisy and what I expect in the future. I was also able to reach into the pages of my forthcoming book and discuss the historical use of the pardon power.
